Question

What is Blockchain?

Answer :seedling:

A blockchain is a distributed peer-to-peer network connected and communicates directly without the need for a central authority or intermediary of nodes.

In blockchain, each node stores the same copy of transactions and network information. On the storage or data layer, blockchain is a linearly connected and cryptographically (encodes information in a way that unauthorized access is avoided) secured append-only chain of blocks that stores transactional records. These blocks are linked and secured using cryptography, creating an immutable and transparent record of transactions.
