How can I buy a Billing/Pricing plan?
Answer 
Click on Billing in Kalp Studio dashboard.
All the billing details is displayed in this option.
Click on Upgrade Plan to update the billing details. You will now have option to complete this using Paypal.
After you have created your plan you can view the plan by click on View Plan.
