Step-by-Step Guide to Signing Up
Kalp Studio sign-up represents the user(s) first interaction with the platform before entering the login page of the Kalp Studio platform. If you are new to the platform, you must undergo the registration process via the signup page and verify your credentials.
The steps below describe the user’s journey throughout the registration process.
Register to Kalp Studio
Go to the Kalp Studio website and find the "Register" option.
Fill in Your Details
Enter your first name, last name, desired username, email address, and password. Optionally, you can also provide your mobile number. Click on the "Register" button once all fields are filled.
Enter your Name and Last Name in the input box.
Criteria for entering the Name:
Alphabetical Requirement: Your name should only contain letters (A-Z, a-z). No numbers or symbols.
Length: It must be at least 3 characters and not exceed 25 characters. This ensures readability and compatibility with the system.
Add Username
Criteria for entering the Name:
It must be unique.
Enter your Email ID in the input box.
Criteria for entering an Email ID:
Format Compliance: Your email should follow the standard format, which is usually something like username@domainextension. This is necessary for communication and verification purposes.
Enter your Phone Number in the input box.
Criteria for entering Phone number: It is country specific. Enter the phone number based on country code.
The phone number field is optional.
Enter the Password in the input box.
Criteria for selecting a valid password:
Length: Your password needs to be a minimum of 8 characters but no more than 20. This range ensures security while being user-friendly.
Uppercase Letter: At least one capital letter for added password strength.
Lowercase Letter: At least one small letter to ensure complexity.
Special Character: Include at least one character like !, @, $, #, or % for enhanced security.
Number: At least one numeral is required for an additional layer of complexity.
Enter your Confirm Password in the input box.
Matching Criteria: You need to re-enter your password to confirm it. This step is crucial to prevent typing errors in your password.
Verify Your Email
After registration, you will be prompted to verify your email. Enter the OTP sent to your email address and click "Verify".
Account Verification
If you have provided a mobile number, you will also need to verify it. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and the Email OTP.
Email Verified
Once your email is verified, you will see a confirmation screen. Click "Go to Profile" to proceed.
Login Process
This section displays the Kalp Studio user Login feature. The Login feature is for existing users who have completed Sign up. After successful sign-up, a user is ready to use their account and log in to the portal.
Verification Process
Kalp Studio will place a call to the signed up user to confirm his successful login to the Kalp Studio application. You will be able to access the Kalp Studio platform after this verification.
Navigate to the Login Page
On the Kalp Studio website, find the "Sign In" option.
Enter Your Credentials
Input your registered email address and password. Click on the "Sign In" button to access your account.
You will reach the Dashboard.
Troubleshooting
Username Availability: If the username you selected is already taken, you will be prompted to choose another one.
Resend OTP: If you did not receive the OTP for email or mobile verification, use the "Resend" option available on the verification screen.
