How to add credit?

Kalp Studio provides a seamless platform for managing your credits and transactions efficiently. Adding credits to your KALP Studio wallet is crucial for accessing various services and features offered by the platform.

As a new user, you will receive a complimentary $500 onboarding credit. This credit allows you to explore and utilize the full capabilities of the platform right from the start.

Step 1: Access the Credits Section

1. Login to KALP Studio: Enter your credentials and log into your account.

2. Navigate to the Credits Page: Click the "Credits" option on the left sidebar. This will take you to the Credits management section.

Step 2: Initiate Adding Credits

1. Click on "Add Credits": On the Credits page, you will see a button labeled "Add Credits". Click on it to proceed.

Step 3: Enter Credit Amount

1. Enter the Desired Amount: A dialog box will appear asking you to enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet. Enter the amount in the specified field.

2. Confirm the Amount: Double-check the amount to ensure it is correct.

Step 4: Confirm the Transaction

A pop-up window will open where users can see their entered amount in USD converted to INR. Enter Phone Number and proceed.  

Step 6: Transaction Successful

1. View Transaction Confirmation: Once the transaction is complete, you will see a confirmation message indicating that credits have been added successfully. This screen will display the transaction ID and the amount added.

2. Check Updated Balance: Return to the Credits page to verify that your total credit balance has been updated with the newly added amount.

By following these steps, you can easily add credits to your KALP Studio wallet, enabling you to utilize various services and features on the platform.
